good book
not exactly what I wanted
This is a helpful guide to water bath canning.
This would make a nice companion to a good book for beginners. Unfortunately, I'm new to canning period and wanted a more in-depth book. If that's what you are looking for, this book is not for you.
Not what I thought it would be hoped it would also have recipes to
Simple but great for the price. Easy to follow and room on the pages for notes.
Not worth the money you pay for this item. So many spelling errors I can't count them. Very poorly made. But did have some decent information.
